We answer every message
One address reaches us for everything — a bug, a question, a report about something on the public map, or a request about your data.
Reports of objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours. Everything else gets a reply within a couple of days.
The fastest route is inside the app: open the goal or the profile, use Report, and pick a reason. It reaches us immediately with everything we need to find the content.
Block sits next to it and works instantly, without waiting for us: a blocked account's published goals disappear from your map and that person can no longer invite you or add you as a friend.
If you would rather write, send us a link or a description of what you saw and the display name attached to it. Anything involving a minor is escalated immediately and reported to the authorities.
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It removes your goals, your uploaded files, your friend entries and your sign-in account, and cannot be undone. If you are signed in with an old session the app will ask you to sign in again first — that is a Firebase safeguard, not a bug.
An account you simply stop using deletes itself after the period set in Profile → Data & privacy (three months by default). The Privacy Policy describes exactly what goes.
A guest account lives only on the device that made it, and signing out ends it. To keep goals across devices, link an email or a sign-in provider in Profile before signing out.
Unpublishing takes effect at once, but other people's apps may hold a copy on screen until they reload. Treat anything you have published as seen.
Check that you are on the latest version, then tell us which provider and what the screen said. Profile → About → Share debug info collects the version details we need — attach that to your message.
Ask at support@neurainfo.app from the email address on the account and we will send it within 30 days.
