Neura

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Neura. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use Neura.

What Neura is

Neura turns a goal into an interactive map of nodes and tasks, keeps it in sync across your devices, and lets you share a goal with other people or publish it to a public map. It is provided free of charge, as is.

Your account

Your content is yours

You keep every right you have in the goals, text and images you create. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to display it back to you, to show it to the people you invite, and — for a goal you choose to publish — to display it on the public map. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Content rules

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour on the public map and in shared goals. You may not post, publish, upload or send:

You also may not attempt to break, overload, scrape or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its access rules, or use automated means to create accounts.

Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

Every goal on the public map, and every person you can see, carries a Report action and a Block action in the app. Blocking is immediate and one-sided: a blocked account disappears from your map and can no longer reach you.

We review every report and act within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we remove the content, and we suspend or terminate the account behind it — immediately and permanently for anything involving a minor. You can also report content by writing to support@neurainfo.app.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules without notice. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and we will look again.

AI-generated maps

When you ask Neura to build a map from a sentence, that sentence is sent to a third-party model which returns a suggested structure. The result is a suggestion, not advice. It can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, and you should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You remain responsible for anything you publish, whether you wrote it or a model drafted it.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account; that erases your content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Neura is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer you keep every right your local law gives you.

Apple

If you got Neura from the App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Neura and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and are not on a US Government prohibited-parties list.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date above will change. Continuing to use Neura after that means you accept the new terms.
